Cancellation Policy

All orders submitted on the website, or via email or integration are cancellable only if the order has not yet been put into process. As soon as the order is in ‘Processing’ status, it is no longer cancelable. Orders are put into process anytime from 2 hours after placing the order up to 48 hours after placing the order.

If you need to cancel an order, please send us an email to mentioning CANCEL ORDER in the subject line or notify your Client Success Representative at Merchful if it has been more than two hours since you placed the order so that they can check right away if the order can be canceled.
