My customer received the wrong order, what should I do?

In such cases, we should check the order received by the customer first, as the customer might be mistaken about the order, once you make sure that the order is incorrect; ask the customer to send you photos of the products received in order to send an email to (Subject: Order number – Wrong order) and attached the photos. 

We will validate the request, if it’s a wrong order, we will be sending the correct order and will return the wrong one sent earlier without any expenses added on you.

Any claims for the case of wrong order received must be submitted within 1 week after the date of receiving the order.
