What are the different types of order statuses?
- On Hold
- Processing
- Completed
Why is my order on-hold?
Your order may be On Hold in any of the following situations:
- The payment did not process successfully and/or you are waiting for a Payment link to complete the payment
- Your wallet balance is insufficient to cover the cost of this order
- There is something missing or invalid from the order, such as customer shipping details, design mockup or artwork files. Orders can also be put on hold incase confirmation is required from you regarding an order detail
- An ordered item is currently out of stock and we are awaiting instructions from you
You can also request to put your order on hold in-case you wish to delay it or are waiting for payment from your own customer.
What happens when the order is in processing state?
If the order is Processing, that means our team will be looking into the order and if all the details are available, it will go straight into the print queue. We then print your orders, pack and ship them out to your customers.
Your order is then changed to ‘Completed’ and a tracking number would be provided.
