What if the order is damaged while shipping?
Although Merchful always promises its clients that we have a very low margin of errors, however, we can expect the margin of human error may occur while shipping the order.
In order to proactively address this, if your product gets damaged, we will be returning the old product and will send a replacement as soon as possible,
