What if the order is lost while shipping?
We always seek the end-user satisfaction, and in such cases, we do try to taking the corrective actions asap; hence, we may request from you to make sure with your customer that the shipping address was correct, and it would be nice if they ask the reception of their residence if they received any order.
Thereafter, we will be checking the status of the order with the courier, and if they confirmed that the order is delivered to the destination; but your customer thinks it wasn’t delivered; Merchful won’t be responsible for making a new order on its expense, but will be added on.

– The claim must be submitted within 2 weeks of order completion date.
