How can I track my shipments?

We ship worldwide from our print location in Dubai, UAE. After your order is processed within 2-4 business days, we pack them and hand them over to our courier partners. We use express courier services only to ensure that shipments are delivered on time and are trackable. 

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you along with the tracking number and respective tracking link (if available). You can then track or follow-up with the courier company directly if required.

In certain situations when our courier partners have a higher lead time than expected or are not available to collect orders from our facility for whatever reason, we sometimes ship your order using a backup third-party courier service where tracking is unavailable. This is in the interest of your brand to ensure minimal disruption or delays ensuring that the orders are delivered to your customer professionally and on-time. Tracking information in this case may be shown as ‘N/A’.
